Arrow signs ChromaLit lighting line
Remote phosphor is seen as a disruptive trend in LED lighting system design. The technology has been adopted in light bulbs and area lighting.
Compared to conventional LED designs, where blue chips are coated with a phosphor compound, ChromaLit uses a phosphor composite separated from the blue LED energy source.
This is designed to offer a more efficient manufacturing processes, good light quality and up to 30% higher system efficacy.
“Intematix ChromaLit remote phosphor is a critical addition to our LED portfolio,” said Eric Williams, vice president of global lighting for Arrow Electronics.Tags: Arrow
