Impossible objects #20: Electric Butterflies
It doesn’t seem possible, but the “Chouchou” definitely looks real…
This electric “butterfly” in a jar is powered by three AA batteries, in the lid, and the creature responds to vibrations by “flying” and flapping its wings.
According to the Japan Trend shop, the butterflies first appeared at the Tokyo Toy Show 2010, and will be released – as it were – next month.
As Engadget says, the electric toy brings a new dimension to robotic pets….
