Settlement In No Poaching Case May Be Reviewed
The ‘no poaching’ class action lawsuit which Apple, Google, Intel and Adobe are seeking to settle for $324 million may not be cut and dried after all.
“I just have concerns about whether this is really fair to the class,” Judge Lucy Koh said last week.
One plaintiff has already objected to the settlement saying he wasn’t consulted on the deal brokered by lawyers.
The $324 million deal would give each plaintiff single-figure thousands of dollars.
Koh has to accept the deal before it becomes legal.
