Digi-Key signs Touchstone for low power analogue
Digi-Key has signed a global distribution agreement covering the analogue product ranges of Touchstone.
“Analogue components remain the bedrock of all electronics development,” said Mark Zack, v-p, global semiconductor products, Digi-Key.
The online distributor will sell Touchstone’s operational amplifiers, comparators, current sense amplifiers, timer ICs, voltage detectors, and voltage references.
The recently announced TS12011 and TS12012 integrate a 0.9µW operational amplifier, comparator and voltage reference in one IC.
These low power devcies are designed for use in low-frequency, battery-powered systems including local-area alarms/detectors; smoke detectors and safety sensors.
“Touchstone is delivering a steady stream of unique low-power, high-performance products that help engineers design products for battery-powered and portable applications,” said Zack.
“This global partnership will help Touchstone reach design engineers throughout the world who want the ability to buy our products online from anywhere,” said John Emme, v-p, sales, Touchstone Semiconductor.
