Job of the Week: Analog Devices Design Engineer
Analog Devices is recruiting a Design Engineer. Based in Newbury, it is a permanent full-time role. The salary is described as “Competitive + excellent benefits”.
They say the ideal candidate should have experience in both RF and mixed signal circuit design techniques but experience in product development in either these disciplines will be considered for the position.
The company writes:
“The design engineer will work closely with the development team to define the system level architecture and will also be responsible for circuit design of RF and mixed-signal circuits to meet aggressive performance targets. In addition, the design engineer will also support silicon evaluation and test engineering groups to establish performance metrics of the final product.”
“The role also includes working closely with IC layout engineers, preparing engineering documents, delivering technical presentations; analysing circuit performance and production test data, and supporting all aspects of product release in addition to providing customer support.”
The company is looking for:
• Ideally 10 years+ experience in an RF or Mixed-Signal design engineering role in CMOS technology.
• Masters or PhD degrees are a plus.
• Strong teamwork abilities are required.
• Be self-motivated, have good interpersonal skills and technical problem solving skills.
