Electronica: TTI expands German assembly offer

TTI has announced new capabilities at its European connector assembly facility, located close to Munich.

“We see a growing market demand for composite and power connectors, so we have strengthened our capabilities in this area,” said European marketing director Thilo Pelosato. “Customers are also looking to reduce size and weight so we have introduced some smaller product options. As well as the traditional defence and aerospace sectors, electric vehicle, marine and industrial applications are also performing well, so we have added to our expertise in these areas to support our customers.”

“The firm’s service now includes Amphenol and Souriau circular connectors and is QPL certified for both.

MIL-DTL-38999 series I and III connectors are available in all types of aluminium shells, sizes and layouts with a choice of PCB tail, coax, power and signal contacts. Stocked components include olive drab cadmium and electroless nickel plating.
