Everke has been a member of the company management board since October 2015.
Everke was previously with Siemens and Infineon, and most recently NXP where he was executive vice president and general manager for NXP’s Multimarket Semiconductors, High Performance Mixed Signal and Infrastructure & Industrial business units.

Former CEO Kirk Laney was instrumental in defining the firm’s strategic focus on sensors which are designed into leading brand smartphones.
He is not leaving the company and will become a chief strategist for sensors and remain a member of the management board.
