Linear Technology claims to have a CMOS amplifier that has an input DC characteristic similar to top of the range precision bipolar amplifiers.

The LTC6078 dual op amp has an input offset voltage of 25µV (max.) and offset voltage drift of 0.7µV/°C (max.) drawing 55µA per channel quiescent current.

In addition the bias current of 1pA allows optimum DC accuracy with high source impedance and feedback resistors. High voltage gain is specified at 120dB for this rail-to-rail op amp.
