Toshiba Electronics Europe has launched a new product guide to help engineers quickly compare and select the most suitable LEDs for their target applications.

The Toshiba LED Lamps Product Guide provides product listings and technical details for the company's surface mount and through-hole LEDs based on InGaAlP, InGaN and GaN technologies. These range from devices for general purpose indication to the latest high luminosity products for high brightness automotive backlighting and even bulb replacement. All common colours are included within the range.

In addition to key electrical and optical characteristics for each LED family, the 56-page guide also provides an insight into the underlying Toshiba technologies and provides practical information on everything from ordering to device handling.
