Keithley Instruments is offering an LXI standard switch with integrated digital multimeter (DMM).

Designed to support instrument grade switching, it will control up to 576 multiplexer channels in a six-slot, 2U form factor. The integrated DMM option provides low noise measurements with resolutions up to 7.5 digits.

The series 3700 System Switch/Multimeter is available with four different mainframe options. Users can choose a mainframe without the integrated DMM as well as one without a front-panel display and keypad.

Also, there is a USB 2.0 port on the front panel for memory.

The base instrument features an integrated 7.5 digit DMM. In addition to supporting 13 built-in measurement functions, measurement ranges are expanded to include a 1ohm low-resistance range and a 10[micro]A low-current range.

The Model 3706 mainframe contains a multi-processor architecture and features a single-channel reading rate up to 60 readings per second at 7.5 digit, 26-bit resolution.
