Teradyne announces that it will unveil a new in-circuit test system (ICT) and pin cards at Productronica 2007, in Munich from the 13th - 16th November. Visitors will also be shown Teradyne's market leading TestStation ICT Platform and the company's latest pin card series UltraPin II.

The non-multiplexed analogue and digital pin cards UltraPin II 121 and UltraPin II 121a extend TestStation's scalability.

Their unique architecture enables unrestricted pin assignments for test applications from cost effective MDA+ (analogue only) applications to high-performance digital ICT and provides maximum flexibility when programming driver/sensor logic levels, sense thresholds, slew rates and backdrive limits. Other solutions tend to compromise in these areas, which can result in unwanted programming, fixture and debug difficulties.

Teradyne's TestStation systems support mixing UltraPin II 121 and 121a pin boards in the same system for maximum performance and price flexibility.
