Aspen Electronics is offering Pendulum Instruments’ CNT-91 timer/counter/analyser.

Both speed and resolution have been improved and the CNT-91 features 50ps single-shot time interval resolution; 12digits/s frequency resolution; 250,000 measurements/s saved to 3.5 million results memory; and an expanded 2,600 individual measurements/s via GPIB/USB bus.

Also added is the ability to continuously stream data during the measurement process. Further, zero-dead-time frequency and period are standard features, allowing for accurate measurement and analysis of signal stability and Allan deviation calculations.

The CNT-91 includes the ability to program a pulse output from 0.5Hz to 100MHz for defining pulse rate frequency (PRF). 

The wide frequency range to 20GHz ensures the counter timer is suitable for most carrier wave and microwave frequency measurement needs.
