Lambda has added digitally controlled modules to its NV-Power family of configurable AC-DC power supplies. The peak power output has also been increased to 1450W peak rating for 10 seconds.
The target applications are in broadcast, instrumentation and medical markets.
At the heart of the module is an integrated magnetics transformer and input to output isolation meets the 4kVac reinforced requirement for medical use.
The NV-350 range offers up to 600W continuous output power (750W peak for 10 seconds) from up to six configurable outputs.
What the supplier calls multi-resonant topology improves EMC design to give curve B EMC performance with earth leakage current less than 300[micro]A at 264Vac, 63Hz (meeting the requirement for IEC/EN/UL60601-1).
The NV-700 range offers up to 1150W continuous output power (1450W peak for 10 seconds) from up to eight configurable outputs.
