Gleichmann Electronics has added seven small footprint, low-voltage power Mosfets in 8p-VSOF and Mini-HVSON packages from NEC Electronics.

The Mini-HVSON package measures 3.3x3.3x0.9mm and only needs approximately two-thirds of the mounting area compared to a conventional SOP8 package.

Two n channel Mosfets and one p-channel Mosfet are offered in the Mini-HVSON package. RDS(on) for the two n channel Mosfets is 7.3mohm (uPA2800T1L) and 9.6mohm (uPA2801T1L) with VDSS = 30V. The p channel Mosfet has a RDS(on) of 13mohm with VDSS = -30V.

The low-voltage Power Mosfets in 8p-VSOF package are even smaller with dimensions of only 2.8x2.9x0.8mm. There are two n-channel Mosfets (uPA2520 and uPA2521) with VDSS = 30V and RDS(on) values of 13.2mohm and 16.5mohm, and a dual p-channel Mosfet (uPA2550) and a complementary n/p-channel power Mosfet (uPA2590).
