Gleichmann Electronics is offering NEC’s PS2561B high temperature optocoupler which operates at up to 110 deg C ambient temperature.
The device features a high isolation voltage of 5,000V. It is suitable for input currents from 1mA to 5mA. Output collector to emitter voltages of up to 80V can be applied and maximum output current is 50mA.
The device comes in a dual in-line package (DIP) and is optionally available as a surface mount device (SMD) version or a through-hole version.
The current offering of high temperature optocouplers is complemented with the PS2761B-1 in small-outline package (SOP) with 2.54 mm pin-pitch and an isolation voltage of 3750 V as well as the PS2861B-1 in shrink small-outline package (SSOP) with 1.27 mm pin-pitch and 2,500V.
