Specialist electronics distributor Live Electronics has extended its product range with the addition of Idec's RJ series relays. According to Live Electronics, their 12.5mm width makes them ideal for use in areas where space is limited.

In terms of durability, it states that they offer a lifetime of 50 million cycles and 200,000 cycles at full resistive AC load. Manufactured using spot-welding technology, the RJ relays have no need for internal jumper wires or solder joints. Their return spring design has a contact rating of up to 16A.

Correlating sockets include multiple features for ease of use and can be DIN rail, panel, or PCB-mounted. The blade model has an optional green, non-polarised LED with Idec's unique light guide.
