Hittite Microwave has a range of five GaAs pHEMT MMIC driver amplifiers which cover fibre optic, military EW, test & measurement equipment, and microwave radio applications from 5 to 40GHz.
The HMC633 is a GaAs pHEMT driver amplifier chip which is rated from 5 to 17GHz, and delivers 19dB gain, +23dBm output P1dB, and +30dBm output IP3.
The HMC634 driver amplifier chip is rated from 5 to 20GHz, and delivers 22dB gain, +23dBm output P1dB, and +31dBm output IP3. The HMC635 driver amplifier chip is rated from 18 to 40GHz, and delivers 19.5dB gain, +23dBm output P1dB, and +29dBm output IP3.
They feature 50ohm matched I/Os and require no external components other than standard bias decoupling capacitors.
