Kemet has expanded its HiCV, C0G dielectric, multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) surface-mount range with new parts in either 1812 or 2220 large case sizes with 50V or 100V ratings.

Providing the stability of a class 1 dielectric and with an operating temperature range of -55 to +125 deg C and capacitance shift limited to +/-30ppm/ deg C over that range.

Values include: 1812 case size, 0.15µF at 100V, 2220 case size, 0.47µF at 50V and 2220 case size, 0.33µF at 100V. Parts can be specified with a capacitance tolerance of +/-1%, 2%, 5%, 10% or 20% and are fully compliant with both EU and China RoHS directives.

The MLCCs are offered in both commercial and automotive grades with 100% pure matte tin-plated terminations that allow for excellent solderability. Sn/Pb is also available for customers who require an alternative termination finish for high reliability applications that do not require RoHS compliance.
