Surtech Distribution will offer its customers the facility to design their own enclosures or modify standard Surtech products using specialist CAD software.

This is a first for the distributor.
 
The CAD system’s 3D imaging capability also allows customers to see and approve their designs before placing an order. 

Customers will work alongside the distributor’s own technical team to decide on the design, then view it in 3D obtaining a visual check that they have specified what they require.

Once the design is agreed, the model file is transferred directly to the manufacturing plant. 

The service is suitable for batch production, as the company can arrange call-off of modified/customised products against orders.
