Meeting industry demand for increased current-carrying capability in consumer electronics, HVAC and diagnostic equipment, Molex has introduced its KK crimp terminal which uses a high-conductivity alloy to achieve up to 13.5A per line based on a 2-circuit system. 

The spring-box design provides a high-force interface, assuring good contact and improved reliability.

According to the supplier, its head- and tail-carried design eliminates the need for engineers to monitor cut-off dimensions in application tooling, while four independent points of contact help ensure a highly reliable interface. 

MarKK terminals are available in both pre-plate and post-plate tin versions, as well as post-plate select gold to ensure a broad selection of options.
