Micrel’s family of wide-input range integrated switch boost regulators can be selected to operate at either 1.2MHz or 2MHz.  

Designated MIC2601/2, both regulators can supply up to 1.2A switch current.

The devices operate over an input voltage range (4.5V – 20V) and boost output voltages to as high as 40V.  A built-in 1.2A switch will reduce external component count.  

Both devices are available in a 2x2mm MLF-8 package.
