Maxim has an 8-channel/dual 4-channel, high-voltage multiplexers which feature a low leakage of 20nA (max) and an on-resistance of 60ohm (typ.)

On-resistance flatness is 0.03ohm (typ.) which will minimise the voltage errors introduced by series current-limiting resistors on switch inputs.

There is also an integrated input diodes to protect against overvoltages and undervoltages.

The MAX14752/MAX14753 operate from dual supplies of +/-10V to +/-35V, or a single supply of +20V to +72V.

Fully specified over the -40 to +85 ºC extended temperature range, the devices are available in a 16-pin TSSOP package that is pin compatible with industry-standard devices.
