Avago ASMT-Mx20 and ASMT-Mx22 3W surface mount LEDs

Avago Technologies has announced 3W low-profile surface mount LEDs.
The cool-white ASMT-Mx20 and warm-white ASMT-Mx22 are capable of producing 145 lm at 700mA and are aimed at solid-state street, architectural, portable and retail lighting.
Viewing angle is 120 º, and an electrically isolated heat sink is available.
