Operating at up to 28V in a SC70JW package, AnalogicTech’s AAT4910 mosfet driver offers 3Ω drive resistance for switching large transistors at high speed. The half-bridge, dual mosfet driver is intended for multiphase dc-dc converters.
 
A single input controls both outputs, with break-before-make shoot-through protection stopping high-side and low-side mosfets conducting at the same time.

Power comes from a 5V rail, and when driven low the enable input turns off the driver and reduces operating current to under 1µA.
 
Over-temperature protection turns off the device when die temperature exceeds 140ºC. The chip is qualified from -40 to +85ºC and the package is 2x2.1mm with 8 leads.
