Bourns PWR2010, PWR3014, PWR4318 and PWR5322 SMT power resistors feature high power density, low temperature coefficient with power ratings of 0.5 to 3W.

The surface mount resistors are designed with a special contour that maximises the surface area of the device and minimises the temperature rise of the package for improved stability over time.

The resistors have a temperature coefficient of resistance of 20ppm for resistance values greater than 10Ω, 50ppm for resistance values less than 10Ω and 90ppm for resistance values less than 0.99Ω.
