Data Modul is offering its first Nano-ITX motherboard (120x120mm) based on the Intel Atom processor platform.

The NX15MXL comes with fanless Intel Atom Z510P 1.1GHz or Z530P 1.6GHz CPU and Intel SCH US15WP.

Besides the standard I/O features, 4 x USB 2.0, 1 x COM, 8 GPIOs, HD Audio, Gigabit Ethernet, a Compact Flash socket are provided. The board is expandable via Mini PCIExpress.

TPM support or a second COM interface are optionally available.

TFT displays can be controlled by a single channel 24-bit-LVDS interface with a maximum resolution of 1366x768 pixel. A VGA output is also provided.

The Nano-ITX motherboard has a SODIMM socket onboard which supports up to 2Gbyte DDR2 533 SDRAM.

It is specified over the industrial operating temperature of 0º to 60ºC.
