The Stacked ICCON power connector from Tyco has a current-carrying capacity of 50A. It has a quick-connect/disconnect function designed for space constrained motherboard-daughterboard, cable-board and board-bus bar power delivery applications.

The configuration provides two ports vertically stacked.

The contact design uses a multi-fingered spring that provides a greater surface contact area. The intention is to ensure small millivolt drop, minimum heat generation and very low insertion and extraction forces.

Mating pin contacts are screw machined and feature silver plating.

A choice of three pin lengths for sequencing. The connector is compatible with many popular two-piece backplane connector systems.
