Eleading Technologies has introduced a range of TTL controlled microwave PIN switches covering the frequency range of 500MHz-18GHz in bands.

Options are available from SPST to SP8T in either absorbtive or reflective configurations.

Switching speed is 50ns max. and isolation is 60dB min. Supply voltage is +/-5V and current is 50mA/40mA.

These switches are fitted with SMA female connectors. Other options available on request.
