Bourns has a steering diode array that provides up to six lines of protection using a rail-to-rail clamping technique with low leakage current and low capacitance per line.
Designated the CDNBS08-SR112, the diode array has been designed for ESD, EFT and surge protection applications and is RoHS compliant.
Available in an NSOIC-8 package, the device is designed to be mounted directly onto an FR4 printed circuit board.
The array meets IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) and IEC 61000-4-5 (surge) requirements for external ports and features very low capacitance of 5pF to minimise electrical distortion.
The chip diode is available in a NSOIC-8 package.
Typical forward voltage at 50mA is 1.3V. Maximum peak pulse current at 8/20µs is 12A.
