Power-One has introduced two digital point-of-load (POL) converters, the ZY2120 and ZY8120, which provide 20A and up to 93% efficiency.

Members of the Z-One POL range, the converters have an input range of 8-14V combined with user-defined outputs (0.5-5.5V). The operating temperature range  is 0 to 70 ºC.
 
The ZY2120 No-Bus POL is hardware configured via pin strapping and trim components. It supports power management without the cost and complexity of third-party controllers and communications-bus interfaces for power management.
