Link Microtek has introduced a design and manufacturing service for complete RF and microwave systems.

The Basingstoke-based company has experience in the engineering of RF and microwave products and it intends to offer this in a system-level service, covering design, fabrication of parts using the company's in-house machine shop, system assembly, and testing of finished units at up to 40GHz in Link's own test and environmental laboratories.

Once a system design and specifications have been finalised, the company sources any standard components and then produces the necessary customised hardware in the machine shop at its premises in Basingstoke.
