Agilent Technologies has introduced the N9030A PXA signal analyser for RF and microwave frequencies up to 26.5GHz.
The PXA has up to 75 dB spurious-free dynamic range at 140MHz analysis bandwidth.
The noise figure is –128dBc/Hz phase noise at 10kHz offset (1GHz), 0.19 dB absolute amplitude accuracy, and sensitivity of –172dBm displayed average noise level (DANL) at 2GHz (with preamplifier and Noise Floor Extension technology).
Other features include code compatibility; emulation of remote programming language; default settings, timings and couplings; arbitrary and second IF output; fast-risetime logarithmic video output; and Y-axis output.
Agilent is also offering N9000A CXA signal analyser, a lower cost option for for frequency coverage up to 7.5GHz.
The signal analysers also offer +13 dBm third-order intermodulation (TOI), -161 dBm displayed average noise level (DANL) and 66 dB W-CDMA ACLR dynamic range.
MATLAB data analysis software is available as an Agilent option on all X-Series signal analysers.
