Green Hills Software has added support for Intel architecture to its debug probe range.

Intel support includes the Atom, Core2 Duo and Core i7.

As part of the firm’s Multi integrated development environment (IDE), the Green Hills Probe for Intel architecture has a new intelligent connector system.
 
While other probe products inflict short, unshielded, and difficult to change connectors and cables on their users, this probe uses a shielded, micro-coaxial, impedance-controlled cable and robust connector system.

Tested up to one metre for 100MHz JTAG operation, the cable lets users operate in flexible configurations, including tight spaces.

The probe is supported by Green Hills Software’s Integrity RTOS.
