Panel builders, equipment manufacturers, H&V applications and system designers are all looking to create smaller, more compact, more 'intelligent' control panels, and will benefit from the Anly timers' compact design, states the distributor Switchtec.

The DIN mounting, Anly H3D-M timer has seven output modes. These are:

• on delay,
• on pulse,
• delay off (trailing edge, signal start),
• off pulse (trailing edge, signal start),
• on pulse (leading edge, signal start),
• cyclic pause start, and
• cyclic pulse start.

The H3D-M timer operates from a supply voltage of 12 - 240V DC or AC 50/60Hz, and the operating voltage range is from 90 - 110% of rated voltage.  Similarly, the timer can be programmed to operate from 1 second up to a maximum time of 100 hours.

The H3D-M has a single pole change over contact rated at 8A 250VAC/30VDC.  Power consumption for the timer is 1.9VA.
The timer's faceplate has two LEDs, one to indicate power on/off (this LED flashes when timing), and one to show output relay status.  Three screw controls are for range, time and mode selection.  To simplify setting up, a user manual with a timing chart is provided with the unit.

An ambient temperature range of -10 to 50 degrees C is tolerated, the maximum humidity figure is 85%, and the weight of the timer is just 62g. 

The H3D-M is 17.5mm wide, and its height and depth are only 71.2mm and 60mm respectively.  It is both CE Approved and RoHS Compliant.
