Intersil is offering op amps fabricated on a proprietary bipolar process that have high precision for 12-bit to 24-bit data acquisition, instrumentation and industrial applications.

Intended for applications that require high DC accuracy and AC performance needed to condition a wide range of precision analogue signals, the single ISL28117 and dual ISL28217 op amps feature low input offset of ±50µV, Max.

Power consumption is specified at 440µA and voltage noise at 250nV peak-to-peak.

The supply voltage range is  +/-2.25V to +/-20V.

Full-trench isolation process technology prevents latch-up, while high ESD ratings of 4.5kV (human body model) and 500V (machine model) are designed to prevent in-field failures for industrial applications such as data acquisition and process control.

The ISL28117 single amplifiers are available in 8-lead SOIC.
