Rohm Semiconductor has introduced a range of 8-bit microcontrollers that has embedded flash memory with an operating voltage of with 1.1V.

The ML610Q400 MCUs are based on the OKI Semiconductor nX-U8/100 Risc core.

It supports one instruction per one clock due to its 3-stage pipeline architecture.

On-chip peripherals include an LCD driver and two kinds of A/D converter.

Current consumption is 0.5µA in HALT mode and 0.15µA in STOP mode.

Operating temperature range is -40 to 85 deg C.
