STMicroelectronics STM32 Connectivity Line has an Ethernet interface featuring hardware support for IEEE 1588 Precision Time Protocol (PTP).

The aim is that by implementing the protocol in hardware CPU overhead is reduced and real-time applications run faster when synchronising networked devices.

The MCUs support the Full-speed USB On-The-Go (OTG) interface.

Standard STM32 peripherals include a PWM timer.
