International Rectifier’s first automotive DirectFET2 power mosfets are designed for dual-sided cooling and low parasitic inductance and resistance in an AEC-Q101 qualified package.

The AUIRF7739L2 delivers an RDS(on) of 0.7mohm (typical) at 40V.

It is suitable for heavy load motor control applications including Electric Power Steering (EPS), battery switches and Integrated Starter Alternators (ISA) in Micro Hybrid Vehicles, and chassis, drive train and power train systems.
