Power-One has available a 1200W front-end DC-DC power supply providing 12Vdc, 99.2A maximum rated output. Efficiencies up to 91% from a -48Vdc input are specified.

The 78mm width supply, the SFD1200-12BG, features a standby 3.3V at 3A output, as well as I2C monitoring and control.

Protections include: output overvoltage, output overcurrent, and overtemperature. The SFD1200-12BG meets international safety requirements for ITE and is CE marked to the Low Voltage Directive (LVD). Regulatory agency approvals are pending and include UL 60950-1/CSA 60950-1 (cCSAus) and EN 60950-1 (TÜV).

The SFD1200-12BG may be used together with the AC input SFP1050-12 to provide a dual AC or DC input for equipment.
