2001 adds 32Mbit serial flash with 400MHz speed

2001 Electronic Components has added to its offering of the A25L0xx family of serial flash memory products with the release of the 32Mbit device with Dual and Quad input and output instructions, resulting in an equivalent clock speed of 400MHz.
The SPI family range runs from 512kbit, 1Mbit, 2Mbit, 4Mbit, 8Mbit, 16Mbit and 32Mbit in SO8, SO16 and DIP packages.
The A25L0xx series offer a flexible architecture with 4kbyte Sectors and 64kbyte block.
The whole memory can be erased using the chip-erase instruction, a block at a time using the block erase instruction or a sector at a time using the sector erase instruction.
The power standby consumption is very low, with standby currents as low as 5µA and deep power down modes as low as 1µA.
