Analog Devices  has a dual, 16-bit 105 Msample/s analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) that consumes just 328mW per channel.

SNR (signal-to-noise ratio) figure is 82dBFS and SFDR (spurious-free dynamic range) is 90dBc with a 30MHz input. 

Available in a 9x9mm package, the AD9650 has an on-chip dither option for improved SFDR performance with low signal level analogue inputs. 

The AD9650 operates from a single 1.8-V supply and a separate digital output driver supply, accommodating 1.8-V CMOS or LVDS outputs. 

It is also available in speed grade options of 80 MSPS, 65 MSPS and 25 MSPS.
