California Eastern Laboratories (CEL) is shipping two RF antenna switches, the uPG2413T6M and the uPG2413T6Z.  

The single pole triple throw (SP3T) switches, designed by Renesas Electronics, feature low insertion loss and small size.

The uPG2413T6M and uPG2413T6Z are based on the same chip die but have different packages for different purposes.  

The T6Z is the smaller devices, at 1.5 mm x 1.5 mm.  Both feature a low height of 0.4 mm.

With its triple-throw design and low insertion loss, the new 2413 switches can support Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices, even in the same module.
