Renesas mosfets have 4.8mohm R(DS)on

Renesas Electronics has introduced seven power mosfets in HSON packages for use in automotive electronics control units for electric pump motor control.
The range includes N-channel mosfets with voltage ratings of 40 and 60V and P-channel mosfets with a voltage rating of –30V.
They are designed to be used for solenoids and motor switching or to protect against reversed battery conditions.
The HSON packages are approximately one-half the size of the existing TO-252 package.
The NP75N04YUG devices will switch currents up to 75A dc.
On-resistance is specified at 4.8mohm (max).
The seven devices are specified up to 175°C channel temperature and are qualified to AEC-Q101 automotive standards.
