MSC offers 1MHz MEMS oscillator from Si Time

A silicon MEMS oscillator for frequencies up to 1,000kHz from manufacturer Si Time is available from MSC Vertriebs.
The SiT8503 can be programmed for frequencies between 200 and 1,000kHz with accuracy up to 5 decimal places.
The MEMS oscillator delivers configurable operating voltages of 1.8, 2.5, 2.8 or 3.3V.
The ruggedized device has shock resistance of up to 50,000G and vibration resistance of up to 70G.
The configurable frequency stability ranges of ±20, ±25, ±30 or ±50 PPM. Its current consumption is less than 10 µA in standby mode.
It is designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz oscillators in standard surface-mount package formats of 7.0×5.0 mm, 5.0 × 3.2 mm, 3.2 × 2.5 mm and 2.5×2.0 mm.
