Microchip has expanded its family of mosfet drivers with the MCP14E6/7/8 and MCP14E9/10/11 low-side drivers. 

The drivers offer peak output currents of 2A and 3A respectively. 

The devices have an operating voltage range of 4.5V to 18V and features enable input pins to provide a shutdown capability for conserving power. 

The drivers are offered in 8-pin SOIC and 8-pin, 6x5mm DFN packages.

The MCP14E6/7/8 dual devices are rated for a peak output current of 2A, while the dual MCP14E9/10/11 drivers are rated for a peak output current of 3A.
