Peregrine Semiconductor has an RoHS-compliant PE42551 50ohm RF switch for designing into broadband RF applications such as test and measurement applications and cellular infrastructure.
Manufactured on the firm’s UltraCMOS technology, the single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) device operates from 9kHz to 6.0GHz.
“The device is quick to reach a fully settled state due to a proprietary design that enables the reduction of the phase and insertion loss drift that occurs after a switching event,” said the supplier.
The PE42551 features switching time of 7µs (50% CTRL to 0.1 dB final value).
Insertion loss is 0.65dB at 3GHz and 0.90dB at 6GHz; IIP3 is 50dBm 9kHz-6GHz.
The PE42551 is available in the 4x4mm 20-lead QFN package.
