Agilent Technologies has introduced five microwave vector network analysers which range up to 67GHz frequencies. The analysers are used typically to test passive and active devices such as filters, duplexers, amplifiers and frequency converters at microwave frequencies.
The instruments include two-port internal single-source or four-port internal dual-source configuration in five frequency models: 13.5, 26.5, 43.5, 50 and 67 GHz.
The source output power is +11dBm at 67GHz (N5227A model).
The receiver has a specified a 0.1dB receiver compression point higher than +10 dBm (all models).
The latest PNA analyser offers many of the measurement options of the earlier PNA-X series and also includes noise figure measurements, gain compression, two-tone IMD/spectrum analysis, true-mode stimulus, source phase control and fast CW mode.
The PNA is also compatible with Agilent’s Physical Layer Test System, materials measurement software and multiport test sets.
