Micrel has introduced two linear regulators designed for noise-sensitive industrial applications with an input operating voltage range up to 120Vdc.

The MIC5281 and MIC5282 regulators supply output currents of up to 25mA and 50mA respectively. 

The devices offer ±3% initial voltage accuracy, supply rejection ratio greater than 90dB. Quiescent current is 6µA. 

The devices are offered in both fixed output voltage (3.3V/5.0V) and adjustable output voltage (1.27V to 5.5V) options. 

The regulators operate over the -40 to +125ºC temperature range and are available in lead-free, RoHS compliant 8-Pin ePad MSOP and 8-Pin MSOP package options.
