Intersil has introduced the ISL89367 dual channel 6A mosfet driver which is capable of driving two outputs each with 6A of peak drive current.

Aimed at applications such as switching power supplies, motor drivers and Class-D amplifiers, the driver's 20ns rise and fall times will lower power losses and improve efficiency.

It has a 25ns propagation delay and 4.5V to 16V operating voltage range.

Typical on-resistance is 1ohm and 'Miller plateau' drive current is 5A.
