Densitron stocks rugged TFT modules from Mitsubishi

Densitron is stocking rugged TFT modules from Mitsubishi which include wide format WVGA 5in (AA050MG01), 5in with touch (AA050MG01-T1) and 7in (AA070MC01).
There are also wide format WXGA 10.6in (WXGA AA106TA01), and standard format SVGA 8.4in (AA084SC01), 10.4in (AA104SJ02) and 12.1in (AA121ST01) TFT displays.
There are versions with built-in LED drivers and LED backlighting.
Viewing angle is 170-degree horizontal/vertical.
They have an operating temperature range of -30 to 80°C and a contrast ratio of 1000:1, apart from the 5in models which operates between -20°C and 70°C and have a 900:1 contrast ratio.
Brightness levels of 600 nits for the 8.4, 10.4 and 12.1in models; 640 nits for the 5in with touch model; 800 nits for the 5in display; and 1000 nits for the 7 and 10.6in displays.
Options on customizing TFT displays and integrating standard or custom TFT display modules with a multi-touch panel, PCB, Plastics and/or Keypads are available.
